Our class schedule is designed to help you train consistently and with purpose. Each session at ALIGN is coach-led and thoughtfully programmed to build strength, improve endurance, and support long-term progress. With classes offered throughout the week, you’ll find opportunities to challenge yourself, move well, and train alongside a supportive community.

ALIGN’s structured performance training system designed to build strength, muscle, conditioning, and athletic performance through progressive 8-week phases.

Phase 1 Strength — Build maximum strength and movement efficiency while improving your 1 Rep
Training focuses on progressive barbell work centered around the Back Squat and Deadlift while developing stability, technique, and total-body power.
Conditioning is intentionally reduced to maximize recovery and strength adaptations.

Phase 2 Hypertrophy— Build muscle, improve work capacity, and develop structural durability.
Training volume increases through targeted accessory work designed to improve muscular endurance, strengthen weak points, and build lean muscle.
METCON sessions are introduced to challenge conditioning while maintaining structural strength and movement quality.

Training becomes faster, more explosive, and more demanding as strength, conditioning, coordination, and endurance are combined together.
APEX is designed for individuals who already have a foundation in weightlifting and are ready to train at a higher level.
