Grateful to have many clients who’ve continued to train with me for years and years, but I am always open to taking on new clients who seeks me out! If you have even the slightest inclination to get started, let’s lay everything out and decide on the best move going forward.

Joshua Flynn
Co-Founder
Coach Flynn brings over 18 years of experience in the fitness and coaching industry, helping individuals transform both physically and mentally. His career spans personal training, nutrition coaching, group training leadership, and program design, where he has built structured strength, hypertrophy, and performance systems for athletes and driven professionals alike.
Before entering the fitness industry full time, Flynn spent 10 years in the Army National Guard, where he served as a leader, instructor, and mentor responsible for developing soldiers and future NCOs. That experience shaped the leadership style he brings to coaching today: disciplined, direct, and focused on long-term growth.
In addition to fitness coaching, Flynn also works as a Mindset & Identity Coach and public speaker, helping individuals overcome self-sabotage, build confidence, and align their actions with the person they want to become.
Flynn's philosophy is simple: Transformation doesn’t start with the workout. It starts with how you see yourself.
